Located in Manhattan Beach, this coastal residence underwent a complete gut renovation requiring structural reconfiguration and navigation of the California Coastal Commission approval process. The project added a roof deck to maximize ocean views while reimagining the entire layout.

The design embraces clean lines and expansive windows that flood interiors with natural light while framing coastal vistas. Natural wood and white finishes create a sophisticated material palette, with large-format glazing strengthening interior-exterior connections. Custom millwork and high-end finishes developed through intensive client collaboration define the interior, transforming the structure into a contemporary coastal residence that prioritizes light, views, and indoor-outdoor living.
